Sarah joined the Michigan Fire Claims, Inc. team in early 2019. Along with 10 years of customer service experience, she brings with her a positive and uplifting demeanor that is very warm and receptive. She is an experienced multi-tasker whose duties include clerical and administrative responsibilities, mail documentation and distribution, information retrieval, customer assistance, data entry, filing, and much, much more. In her daily life, Sarah is an accomplished artist having completed her BFA at The College for Creative Studies in Detroit. She also has her certification as a Veterinary Assistant, and certification as an Animal Temperament & Behavior Evaluator from the Michigan Humane Society.
